1. Wash the squash and dry it with a paper towel. Cut them into a convenient shape for you: strips, bars, cubes, rings. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and add zucchini to fry. Fry them over medium heat until golden brown. Zucchini can be used raw for pizza. But during baking, they will let juice in and the dough may turn out to be wet.
2. Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into rings. Cut the sausage into strips. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the garlic into small pieces.
3. Place the dough sheets on a baking tray and brush with ketchup. Pre-defrost the dough at room temperature. Do not use the microwave, otherwise it will become very soft and its flakiness will deteriorate.
4. Place chopped garlic and fried zucchini on each layer of dough.
5. Spread the sliced sausage on top.
6. Place the tomato rings on it.
7. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the food.
8. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and send the pizza to bake on the purchased puff pastry with zucchini for half an hour. If you want the cheese to turn out to be melted and stringy, then sprinkle it on the pizza after 20 minutes of baking. In the proposed recipe, the cheese is crispy.
