Step-by-step preparation of a dietary omelet in a jar with a photo
1. Break an egg into a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste, add milk. Mix the ingredients with a fork until smooth. If you want a richer color, you can add a pinch of curry, turmeric, or paprika.
2. Pour the omelet into the jar.
3. Place the jar in a saucepan and pour so much water that its level is slightly higher than the level of the omelet in the jar. Put the saucepan on fire and bring to a boil and reduce heat. Boil until the omelet is cooked. Place a towel on the bottom of the pot to prevent the jar from bursting. If the can pops up (it also happens), place a plate on top of it.
4. Gently remove the omelet from the pan with water. The finished omelet has increased in volume and baked.
5. Take it out of the jar with a spoon, put it on a plate and sprinkle with chopped herbs before serving.
6. Diet omelet in the jar is ready. Its delicate texture will pleasantly surprise you, and its taste is in no way inferior to a dish cooked in a pan. Try it and see for yourself! Bon Appetit!
