Fish roe, no matter what, is very tasty and nutritious. Everyone is familiar with black and red caviar, although pike caviar is no worse in taste.
But now is not about that. We cook carp caviar. It can be fried in two main ways - whole, that is, without removing the bag, and with the total mass. Delicious caviar is obtained in both cases. If in the first version there is no place for fantasies (washed, rolled in flour and fried), then in the second version there is room for imagination. I add an egg, soy sauce, various spices, onions and more to the caviar mass.
If you got a fish with caviar or you were lucky enough to buy caviar separately, then let's fry.

How to tasty and properly fry river fish caviar in a pan - step by step cooking
To begin with, finely chop the onion and send it to the pan with well-heated vegetable oil. Saute the onion until transparent.
While the onion is sautéed, prepare the caviar. This is not difficult to do - remove the film from the caviar and put everything in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well with a fork.
The onion has already reached the desired state, pour the caviar mass into the pan.
Now we stand near the stove and mix the mass all the time. This is how it looks after 3 minutes.
And this is how the ready-made fried caviar of river fish looks like. The pleasant orange color of the dish means that the caviar is ready. Taste it with salt, add salt while hot. Caviar is being prepared literally for 7-10 minutes.
Ready caviar is served as an appetizer. Greens perfectly complement the taste of the dish. Bon Appetit.
