Whichever way you decide to cook chicken, it will always turn out delicious. And if you add mushrooms to the chicken, it will turn out even tastier. You can spoil this dish, but only if it burns out corny. In other cases, it is almost impossible.

Ingredients:
- Chicken - 500 g
- Mushrooms - 500 g
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Milk - 1 tbsp.
- Kefir is not fatty - 3 tbsp. l.
- Flour - 2 tbsp. l.
- Turmeric - 0.5 tsp
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying

The first step is to clean the mushrooms. If they have dirt on the cap, simply peel off the top layer with a knife and cut off the edge of the stem.
Cut the mushrooms into 4 pieces. It can be smaller if the champignons themselves are large.
Peel the onion and cut into half rings. For those who do not like onions, replace them with leeks, as a result the meat will be soft, but there will be no taste inherent in onions.
To prepare this dish, you can take any part of the chicken. We have chicken thighs. We removed the skin from them and cut out a bone. Cut the meat into pieces no less than mushrooms.
Heat vegetable meat in a frying pan and spread the chicken and onions. Fry until the meat is bleached on all sides.
Add mushrooms to the pan.
Fry everything together over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the contents of the pan are browned.
Now add the flour to the pan and mix all the contents thoroughly so that each piece is in flour.
Add milk and kefir. Don't forget about spices. Place a lid on the pan and reduce the heat. We simmer the dish for 30 minutes, periodically checking the thickness of the sauce. It is important that it does not burn, if you see that the sauce is very thick, add more milk or, in extreme cases, water.
Serve the finished dish hot with a side dish of rice or pasta. A delicious dinner or lunch for the whole family is ready. Bon Appetit!
