Step-by-step preparation of puff salad with sprats on the festive table
1. First of all, we prepare the necessary ingredients. Boil jacket potatoes, eggs and carrots. We cool everything down. Peel and grate the potatoes. We spread the first layer on a plate. We seal.
2. Knead the sprats in a separate plate or directly in the jar with a fork. We spread it in the second layer. It is this ingredient that will saturate potatoes well, sharing with it the fishy taste and aroma.
3. We clean the eggs and separate the white from the yolk. Three protein on a grater. We make a third layer from it, tightening it up a little.
