- Cucumbers - 2 pcs.
- Salt - large pinch or to taste
- Tomatoes - 2 pcs. (1 piece red, 1 piece yellow)
- Vegetable oil - for dressing
- Green onions - a few feathers
- Parsley - a small bunch
- Basil - 2 sprigs
- Garlic - 1 clove
Step-by-step preparation of a summer simple salad of tomatoes, cucumbers and herbs, a recipe with a photo:
1. Wash the red tomato, dry it and cut into medium-sized wedges.
2. Wash the yellow tomato and cut it to the same size.
3. Wash the cucumbers, cut off the ends on both sides and cut into half rings.
4. Wash green onions, dry and chop finely.
5. Finely chop the greens of basil, parsley and a clove of garlic and send to all products.
