  • Sweet and bitter ground paprika - 0.25 tsp each.
  • Bitter hot pepper - 1 pod
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp or to taste
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Ground black pepper - a pinch

1. Sort out the plums, sorting out the spoiled and rotten ones. Wash the selected berries and dry with a paper towel. Using a knife, carefully cut the fruit in half and remove the seeds. Then grind with a blender until smooth.

2. From sweet and hot peppers, remove the tails, cut out the inner partitions and clean out the seeds. Wash the pulp and pat dry with a paper towel. Peel the garlic. Cut vegetables into very small pieces or twist through a meat grinder.
