Lemon mustard marinade can be safely called one of the basic sauces in cooking. It combines several flavors at the same time. Extraordinarily harmonious, pungent, sour, piquant. It is perfect for marinating fish and dressing seafood, and is especially good in any fresh vegetable salad. At the same time, taking into account all the sophistication, the recipe is very simple to prepare and available for every housewife. The main thing is to have the necessary food in the refrigerator. The most expensive ingredient in this marinade is olive oil. But if it is not there, then you can use refined vegetable oil or another type of oil.
If you use this marinade for soaking fish, then it is advisable to take sea carcasses, without a sharp characteristic fishy smell of mud and with minimal boneiness. A non-fat fillet is perfect. Expensive varieties of fish, for example, salmon species are not required, since it is the spicy marinade that plays the first violin in this dish. And the taste of red fish is ideal in its own form and does not need to be supplemented with anything. Also, with this sauce, any fresh vegetable salad will become delicious and bright.

4. Wash the lemon, cut it in half and squeeze the juice out of it. Be careful not to get any lemon pits.
