Today there is a large selection of coffee machines on sale, but none can replace a drink brewed in a Turk. There are many additives to coffee, but coffee brewed in a Turk with milk is gaining special popularity. If you have not tried such a drink yet, I recommend trying it. Usually milk is added to the finished coffee. But true coffee gourmets brew it with milk. This drink has a soft and enveloping taste, nutty and caramel color. Even those who do not add milk to coffee drink it with pleasure. It is significantly inferior to the classic recipe.
To prepare this recipe, a Turk should take a volume of 1.5-2 times the volume of milk. Since milk can "escape" because during cooking, a foam is formed, which rises high and quickly. If desired, spices and sugar can be added to the Turk along with milk to taste. But milk will already give the drink a sweet taste, so sugar may not be needed, or a minimum amount will be required.
