Zucchini recipe. Two points are described: how to cook delicious fried zucchini and what is the best way to serve them (with what sauces).

Ingredients:
- Zucchini - 2-3 pcs. (young)
- Flour - 100 g
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Ground black pepper - 1 tsp
- Vegetable oil
Cooking fried zucchini in flour:
- We rinse the vegetables. Cut off the tails.
- Cut into circles. Everything here is individual. Some people like meaty, thick slices of zucchini, others - thin and crunchy. I cut in 3-4 mm increments.
- Pour flour into a plate, add a teaspoon of salt, pepper (less pepper) and stir.
- Dip the zucchini in seasoned flour.
- Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil (I don't pour much, 3 tablespoons is enough). Place the zucchini in a circle and in the center of the pan. You need to fry them no longer than 2 minutes from each side. For a new batch of vegetables, add new oil. The main reference point when frying is not the time, but the golden crust.
- Important: shake off excess flour from the zucchini. To do this, it is enough to gently knock a blank circle on the edge of the plate before frying.
What to serve fried zucchini with? Sauce for them
A very simple and safe option is mayonnaise and garlic sauce. In addition to this (traditional) option, you can make other sauces:
- Mix sour cream with chopped herbs (200 ml sour cream, a tablespoon of chopped herbs, 0.5 teaspoon of salt);
- Add processed cheese grated on a fine grater to mayonnaise and garlic (200 ml mayonnaise, 50 g processed cheese, 3 cloves of garlic);
- Make homemade mayonnaise (1 yolk, 100 ml of vegetable oil, a teaspoon of lemon juice, a pinch of salt, sugar, mustard). Pouring in a thin stream of oil, beat constantly with a mixer.
