Say what you like, but you can only lose weight on a yogurt diet. In fact, it is considered a soft diet and is designed for 10 days (as opposed to hard hunger strikes, which last only a few days, for example, losing weight on kefir). This option is preferable - so weight loss will follow gram for gram, as you know, it went slowly, slowly and will return. Weight loss is 5-6 kg.
The good news is that yogurt contains all the necessary substances - carbohydrates, fats and proteins. By the way, proteins are found only in meat, legumes and dairy products. Therefore, weight loss methods that exclude these products pose a danger to the body (if adhered to for a long time).

- Dinner: a cup of warm tea, boiled asparagus seasoned with yogurt, orange juice.

- Breakfast: warm tea, yogurt (150 g), 1 apple, dried fruit, pomegranate or cherry juice (100 g).
- Lunch: yoghurt jelly, boiled chicken (100 g), cucumber, tomato salad, grapefruit juice.
- Afternoon snack: vegetables seasoned with yogurt.
- Dinner: stewed vegetables, yoghurt, fruit juice.
