A raw food diet is what led to the creation of such a simple and very healthy soup with tomatoes, bell peppers and other raw cereals. Cooking this dish is very quick and not expensive in the summer season, the main thing is to germinate green buckwheat in advance. This puree soup has a beneficial effect on the protective properties of body cells, eliminates the negative effects of radioactive substances, removes cholesterol, lowers blood glucose levels, enhances intestinal motility, and much more due to the huge amount of antioxidants that slow down aging and improve overall immunity.

You can talk a lot about the benefits of vegetable puree soup with green sprouted buckwheat, but the question is: "Or will everyone like it?" Here the answer is ambiguous, as a rule, everything that is useful - our soul and body do not like it, they are more inclined to eat fried potatoes with sausages in mayonnaise or ketchup, cakes with sweet mineral water, etc. You need to get used to this recipe, as well as to other recipes for a raw food diet, you don't eat much of such cold soup, just a little is enough to saturate our body for a long time. I calculated the ingredients for two servings, but you can try to eat everything yourself. Put the greens neatly, without fanaticism, for a start, just a little parsley and dill will be enough, and then adjust your tastes. Maybe in general, exclude something from the recipe, or add your own. It is advisable to take vegetable oil like mine - pumpkin oil, it is healthier than corn oil and is better absorbed by the body - it also gives the soup an original and unique taste.

1. Sprout green buckwheat. At this stage, select 50 g of grain, rinse in water from dust and debris - remove the floating cereal (it will not germinate). In a large sieve or colander, spread the cheesecloth in one layer and put the buckwheat there, cover it in two layers with cheesecloth and rinse under running water. Set aside wet green buckwheat in gauze for germination for 14 hours. Just put a plate under a colander so that the water flows down. After 8 hours, re-moisten the green buckwheat with water. After 14 hours, you can see how sprouts from the cereal begin to cut through - remove it from the gauze into a bowl for washing in clean water. To get rid of the unpleasant rotten smell, let the sprouted buckwheat stand in clean water for half an hour. Then rinse with fresh water several more times. If you want it to grow stronger, let it stand not 14, but 20 or more hours.

Pour in half a glass of still mineral water. Grind everything well until a homogeneous mass is obtained, add 1 tbsp. l. pumpkin seed oil and stir a little again. Pour into a dish and garnish with a mint leaf or parsley if desired. Can be refrigerated for up to 2 days. Instead of pumpkin seed oil and flax seeds, you can add flaxseed oil in a ratio of 1 tbsp. l.
