  • Pork - 70 g
  • White bread - 100 g
  • Cherry tomatoes - 50 g
  • Lemon - 0.5 pcs.
  • Parmesan - 40 g
  • Sour cream - 130 g
  • Mustard - 0.5 tsp
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Quail eggs - 4-5 pcs.
  • Salad - 3-4 leaves
  • Olive oil - for frying

Preparation:

  1. Cut the bread into even cubes, place on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
  2. Cut the pork into small pieces and fry in a pan in oil, season with salt and pepper.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet - 200 g
  • Lettuce leaves - 15 pcs.
  • Cherry tomatoes - 6 pcs.
  • White bread - 150 g
  • Hard cheese - 50 g
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Mayonnaise and salt to taste

Step-by-step cooking of Caesar salad with chicken:

  1. Soak lettuce leaves in cool water for 45 minutes so that they acquire freshness.
  2. Cut off the crust from the bread, cut the pulp into 1 cm cubes, put them on a baking sheet and put to dry in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 ° C.
  3. Pour oil into a frying pan and add finely chopped garlic. When it darkens, remove it from the pan and add the dried croutons. Fry them over medium heat until light golden brown. Then place it on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
  4. Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices, rub with salt and fry until tender.

Ingredients:

  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Olive oil - 20 ml
  • Refined vegetable oil - 40 ml
  • Anchovy fillet - 4 pcs. (can be replaced with 2 sprat sprats)
  • Worcester / Worcestershire Sauce - 5 drops (can be substituted with balsamic vinegar)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Remove the egg from the refrigerator in advance so that it reaches room temperature. Then gently dip in boiling salted water and boil for 2 minutes. The egg should be soft-boiled. Then chill it in ice water, peel and place in a bowl.
  2. Add mustard and lemon juice. Beat the products with a blender, gradually pouring in the olive and vegetable oil. The sauce should acquire a thick, mayonnaise-like consistency.
  3. Rinse the anchovies, dry, chop with a knife, add to the sauce and beat again with a blender until smooth.
  4. Add Worcestershire sauce and stir well. Salt it slightly if necessary.
