They turn out to be very satisfying and aromatic. They can be served both warm and cold.

By the way, you can save time and pickle mushrooms the night before, in the evening. You can also dry the bread in advance. Then all that remains is to put the filling on the crouton. Ingredients:
- Bread (any) - 4 slices
- Onions - 1 pc. medium size
- Vegetable oil - for dressing
- Pickled mushrooms (any) - 300 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Green onions - a few twigs
Step-by-step preparation of croutons with pickled mushrooms and onions, recipe with photo:
1. Cut the bread into slices about 0.8 mm thick. If you want all the sandwiches to be the same, use sliced bread.
2. Place the pan on the stove and heat it up. Place slices of bread on a dry surface.
3. Dry the bread on both sides over medium heat until golden brown and crispy.
4. Put the pickled mushrooms on a sieve and rinse with cold running water. Leave them for a while to drain all the water. Place the mushrooms on a plank and cut into smaller pieces.
5. Peel the onions, wash under running water and chop into thin quarter rings.
6. Wash green onions, dry with a paper towel and chop finely.
7. Combine mushrooms with onions and green onions in a deep bowl. Season them with vegetable oil and stir.
8. Peel the garlic and rub the croutons with it on both sides.
9. Put the pickled mushrooms and onions on the garlic croutons and immediately serve the appetizer to the table.
