- Bread - 4 slices
- Grain French mustard - 1 tsp
- Boiled-frozen shrimps - 200 g
- Salt - 0.5 tsp or to taste

Step by step preparation of bruschetta with shrimps, eggs and green onions, recipe with photo:
1. Pour boiled-frozen shrimps with boiling water, cover and leave for 5-7 minutes to thaw.
2. Tip the shrimp on a sieve to glass hot water, cut off the head of the mollusks and clean them of the shell.
3. Wash green onions, dry with a paper towel and chop finely.
