Cooking Bull's Eye Pork Meatloaf:
- Grind meat, bacon and onion in a blender until smooth or mince. Lovers can add garlic (read about the dangers of garlic).
- Remove the crusts from the bread and soak in milk or water. Squeeze well, add to the meat. Pour semolina into the minced meat, add 1 egg, salt. Mix well so that the mass becomes thick and homogeneous.
- Boil 2 eggs, cool and cut into quarters lengthwise.
- Put the minced meat on a foil in a rectangle 1.5 cm thick. It is unlikely to put quarters of an egg in the center. Wrap the minced meat in a roll, lifting the edges of the foil. Close up the seam well. Close the foil tightly.
- Transfer to deco and bake for about 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. Remove the baking sheet, gently unfold the foil on top and bake for about 20 minutes more.
Cool the finished pork meatloaf with lard, separate from the foil, cut into portions and serve.
