Making pickled cheese
1. Cut the cheese into slices of any size. For example, cubes, slices, bars. But do not grate it, it should be just independent cheese pieces.
2. Find a convenient pickling container that closes tightly. For example, a glass or tin can, or a plastic container. Put pieces of cheese in this container.
3. Wash the lemon under running water, dry it with a paper towel, cut off the desired part from which to squeeze the juice.
4. Peel the garlic, wash and chop finely. If you wish, you can squeeze it through the garlic, then the appetizer will be more spicy.
5. Now prepare the sauce. Combine the following ingredients: vegetable oil, lemon juice, allspice peas, clove bud, chopped or squeezed garlic, ground coriander and hot red pepper. Stir the dressing well so that all the spices are evenly distributed.
6. Pour the prepared marinade over the cheese.
7. Close it with a lid and send to marinate in a cold place for 2 days. Although the pickling time can be different. If you like more spicy snacks, then leave the cheese for 3 days, less pungent - for a day.
