Ingredients:
- Pickled mushrooms - 200 g
- Processed cheese - 100 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.
- Mayonnaise - for dressing
- Salt - 0.5 tsp or to taste
Step-by-step recipe for a salad with pickled mushrooms and melted cheese
1. Place the pickled mushrooms in a sieve and rinse under running water. Place the strainer in a deep bowl and leave for a while to drain all the moisture.
2. After the large pickled mushrooms, cut into smaller pieces.
3. Hard-boiled eggs in advance. To do this, put them in a saucepan, cover with cold water and after boiling, cook for 10 minutes. Transfer them to cold water and leave to cool. Then peel and cut into cubes.
4. Remove the pickles from the brine and blot with a paper towel so that it absorbs all the liquid.
5. Cut the melted cheese into cubes, like eggs. To make it easier to cut, hold it in the freezer for 15 minutes beforehand.
6. Put all the ingredients in a deep bowl and add the mayonnaise. Season with salt to taste. But be careful as perhaps there will be enough salt from pickled mushrooms and pickles.
7. Stir the salad and chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes if desired.
8. Serve the salad with pickled mushrooms and melted cheese to the table. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
