However, you can make an equally tasty original sandwich significantly dietary from perfectly combined products: black bread, apples and cheese. This sandwich has many different cooking options. For example, it can be baked in the microwave, oven, or fried in a pan. Perhaps make it soft or crunchy, high-calorie or dietary, sweet and not very fatty or juicy. - If you are going to dry the bread in the oven, then put its pieces on a napkin, under which place the foil. It is necessary so that the bread does not burn and does not dry out.
- The sandwich warms up, cooks better and tastes better if the apple is cut into small cubes rather than one large piece.

- Use the apple with firm pulp, otherwise it may soften.

Ingredients:
- Bread slices - 2 pcs.
- Apple - 1 pc.
- Hard cheese - 50 g
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Ground cinnamon - on the tip of a knife
- Butter - for frying
Microwaving hot apple and cheese sandwiches
Wash and dry the apple. Remove the core with a special knife, and cut the pulp into pieces about 1-1.5 cm in size.
Put the pan on the stove, melt the butter and send the apples to fry. Season them with sugar, ground cinnamon and cook for about 5 minutes until light caramel color.
Place apples in a heap on prepared slices of bread. I don't do anything with bread beforehand. But if you want a crunchy toast, then make the bread in a toaster. If you want a more nutritious sandwich, then fry it in a pan in butter.
Grate the cheese on a coarse or medium grater, or you can simply cut it into slices, then put it on top of the apples.
Place the sandwiches in the microwave to bake for 1.5 minutes. Although here the cooking time for everyone can be different, depending on the power of the device.
Serve the sandwich immediately after making it with freshly brewed tea or coffee. Remember that you should not be afraid to experiment, sometimes the most unexpected combinations of products give an amazing taste.
