The recipe is so simple that even a child can handle it. Here everything is prepared quickly and easily, and all the products are very affordable. Incidentally, this recipe is a great way to smartly and profitably use illiquid peaches that are not very sweet or hard. Since, no matter how tasteless and sour the fruits are, they always remain fragrant! And in a sandwich, such fruits under a cheese crust turn out to be very tasty.
If you like the idea of a sweet dessert sandwich, you can use figs, pears, apples, and other fruits instead of peaches for the sandwich. In addition, if you have free time, the fruit can be pre-caramelized. It will turn out to be no less appetizing and light dish. Also take any cheese that melts well. 1. From a loaf of bread, cut a slice of bread no more than 8-10 mm thick. Wash the peaches, rinsing off the dust well. Cut in half, remove the pits and cut the flesh into slices or cubes. Place the fruits on the bread.
