Dried onions are extraordinary deliciousness. This is a natural product that will be an alternative to any seasoning. With its help, the taste of any dish will improve and it will be enriched with additional trace elements and vitamins. Compared to purchased spices, cooked dried onions with your own hands have a richer aroma and a high content of nutrients. It strengthens the immune system and blocks the effects of harmful organisms that provoke disease.

Dried vegetable eliminates all parasites better than pharmaceutical preparations. It cures colds, fights hypertension, supports the body in diabetes, is an effective diuretic and laxative, has an expectorant effect and antihistamine properties.

1. Peel the onion heads, wash under cold running water and dry with a paper towel.

2. Cut the onions into any size: cubes, rings or half rings. The smaller the pieces are, the faster they dry. The optimum thickness of the cut product is 3-5 mm. Although the onion is cut to any thickness, taking into account your own preferences.

4. Send the onions to dry in a heated oven. If you dry it at a low temperature (50 ° C), you get just dried onions, and at a higher temperature (above 60 ° C), the sugar in the fresh vegetable will begin to caramelize, and you will get a sweet concentrated taste of fried onions without oil.

Stir while drying so that the onions dry evenly on all sides. When all the moisture has evaporated, but the onion remains elastic, remove it from the oven. The oven door must be ajar during the entire cooking time. Drying takes 5-6 hours on average.

5. Place the dried onions in a chopper or coffee grinder.

6. Grind dried onions to a powder consistency. You can also twist it through a meat grinder several times.
