Many people start their morning with a cup of coffee because this is a great way to cheer up and wake up. The drink speeds up the metabolism, is rich in antioxidants and contains few calories. A step-by-step recipe with a photo of coffee with milk powder. Video recipe.
Powdered milk is a soluble product in the form of a fine powder, which is obtained by drying cow's milk using various technologies. The powder product can be either whole, fat-free or natural. When using whole milk powder, it should be borne in mind that it contains more fat, so its shelf life is shorter than that of skim milk. Although the appearance and taste of the white powder resembles pasteurized milk that is sold in supermarkets.
Powdered milk perfectly replaces fresh milk, because the taste of these products is practically the same. It is convenient to take the powder with you on trips, to nature … it will not turn sour as it is fresh. The product is an ingredient in many confectionery, baby food, bread, yoghurt, chocolate and many other food products. In the proposed recipe, we will use it for a coffee drink. If you are a fan of coffee with milk, and fresh milk is not always available at home, buy a pack of dry cream powder and you can make your favorite drink at any time.

Ingredients:
- Ground coffee beans - 1 tsp
- Drinking water - 75 ml
- Sugar - 1 tsp or to taste
- Powdered milk powder - 1 tsp
Step by step preparation of coffee with milk powder, recipe with photo:
1. Pour ground coffee beans into a Turk. I recommend grinding fresh grains before preparing the drink, then the drink will have a better taste and aroma.
2. Next, pour milk powder into the Turk.
3. Then add sugar. Sugar can be skipped or added to the finished drink. We also replace it with honey, which is added only to the finished slightly cooled drink. Because if you add honey to hot coffee, it will lose some of the nutrients.
4. Fill the food with drinking water.
5. Put the turkey on fire and bring to a boil over moderate heat.
6. As soon as the water boils, a foam will form on the surface, which will quickly rise up. Immediately remove the Turk from the fire, otherwise some of the drink will escape and stain the stove. Set the coffee with milk powder aside for 5-7 minutes to infuse. Then pour the drink into a serving cup and start tasting.
