Granola is a combined dry bulk mixture. It is prepared from any products, but the basis of the meal is oatmeal. Additional components can be: dried fruits, nuts, fresh berries and fruits, sunflower seeds, candied fruits, bran, honey, chocolate, etc. The collected mass is baked in the oven until golden brown and a cheerful crunch. Agree, it is difficult to come up with healthier food: granola contains a lot of vitamins and fiber, the properties of which are preserved even during heat treatment. In addition, there is no fuss in the kitchen, since the recipe is not at all complicated.
These breakfast cereals, of course, can be bought in the store, but they contain an excess of sugar, artificial additives and trans fats, which is completely absent in home-cooked granola. They use a mixture, dry, which must be eaten with a spoon or with your hands, like cornflakes. Also, the bulk mass is poured with warm milk or cool yogurt. Sprinkle it with fresh fruits and berries: banana, apples, pears, strawberries, raspberries, etc. In addition, you can stuff apples, pumpkins, peaches with it and bake in the oven, you get a delicious dessert. Another of the positive properties of food is that you can make a delicacy for future use and have breakfast for 1-2 weeks, or take it to work for a snack. Most importantly, store it in the refrigerator under a tightly sealed lid.
The number of products can be adjusted to suit your taste, since the texture of the dessert will not be lost. Also, the composition of the components can be supplemented or replaced with other products. The main thing is to leave the base ingredient - oatmeal.

Ingredients:
- Oatmeal - 1 glass
- Apple - 1 pc.
- Sunflower seeds - 150 g
- Walnuts - 100 g
- Dried apricots - 150 g
- Raisins - 150 g
- Prunes - 150 g
- Honey - 3 tablespoons (more possible)
Cooking granola
1. Put the oatmeal on a baking sheet and brown in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
2. Stir the flakes from time to time so that they are evenly golden.
3. Pour dried apricots, prunes and raisins with boiling water and leave for half an hour.
4. Remove the soaked dried fruits from the liquid and halve them. Place one serving in a food processor or chopper, and cut the other into 1-1.5 cm pieces.
5. Detail the fruit so that it turns into a homogeneous mass.
6. Peel the apple, remove the core and grate on a coarse grater or cut into 1 cm cubes.
7. Place dried fruits (chopped and chopped) and grated apple in a deep bowl. Add sunflower seeds and crushed walnuts there, which you can pre-fry in a pan if desired. Also add honey (it can be replaced with condensed milk or chocolate).
8. Add flakes.
9. Stir the food well to distribute it evenly.
10. Line a baking sheet with baking parchment and add the whole mixture. If you want your breakfast to be crumbly, but in small pieces, then tamp the food and make cuts on them. If you prefer completely crumbly granola, then leave the ingredients loose.
11. Send the baked breakfast to the oven at 160 ° C for 20-30 minutes. After 15 minutes, break the granola into pieces or simply stir on a baking sheet and continue baking.
