Step by step preparation of milk and honey liqueur:
1. Wash the eggs. Break the shells and carefully separate the whites from the yolks. Place the squirrels in a clean and dry container, cover with a plastic bag and send to the refrigerator for another dish. They will not be useful in this recipe. And place the yolks in a clean and dry container without drops of fat and water.
2. With a mixer at high speed, beat the yolks until fluffy and uniform. They will slightly increase in volume and acquire a rich lemon shade.
3. Add honey to the yolks and continue beating them.
