The basis of this salad is chicken fillet, beets and eggs. The products are supplemented with boiled carrots, canned peas and pickles. However, in this likeness, you can make absolutely any salad. After all, the main thing is to decorate it like a Christmas tree.

- Chicken fillet - 1 pc.

Step-by-step preparation of New Year tree meat salad, recipe with photo:
1. Pre-boil carrots with beets and refrigerate. This process will take at least 3 hours, so I recommend harvesting vegetables in advance, for example, in the evening. When done, peel the carrots and cut into small cubes.
2. Next, peel and chop the beets.
3. Remove the pickles from the brine, pat dry with a paper towel and cut like the previous vegetables.
4. Hard boil the eggs. To do this, place them in a saucepan of cold water, boil and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Peel and cut into small cubes.
5. Wash the chicken fillet and boil for half an hour. Then cool and cut into pieces or tear along the fibers. The broth is not useful for the recipe, so you can use it for another dish.
6. Throw the green peas on a sieve to drain the brine and add to the food.
7. Pour in mayonnaise, salt to taste and stir. Do not overdo it with salt, because there may be enough salt from canned cucumbers and a green pot. In addition, beets and carrots are also boiled in salted water.
