Ingredients:
- Cucumbers - 1 pc.
- Salt - pinch or to taste
- Cilantro - a few twigs
- Spinach - a few twigs
- Grain French mustard - 1 tsp
- Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons for refueling
- Radish - 4 pcs.
- Green onions - a few feathers
Step by step cooking vegetable salad with spinach, recipe with photo:
1. Tear off spinach leaves from twigs, wash under running cold water, dry with a paper towel and cut into 2-3 pieces, depending on the original size.
2. Wash green onions, dry and finely chop.
3. Wash the cilantro, blot with a paper towel and cut.
4. Wash the radishes, cut off the stem and cut into thin quarter rings.
5. Wash the cucumbers, dry with a cotton towel, cut off the ends on both sides and cut into thin quarter rings.
6. Place all prepared vegetables in a deep bowl.
