Ingredients:
- Spinach - 2-3 bunches with a spine
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp
- Lightly salted red fish (any parts) - 50 g (I have belly)
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- White cheese (any) - 50 g
- Grain French mustard - 0.5 tsp
- Green onions - 2 feathers
Step by step cooking salad with spinach, red fish and cheese, recipe with photo:
1. Tear off spinach leaves from twigs, wash, dry with a paper towel and cut or tear into pieces by hand. Place spinach on a shallow serving plate.
2. Cut the cheese into cubes, strips or any other shape and place the spinach on top of a plate.
3. Wash green onions, dry with a paper towel and chop finely. Add it to your plate with all foods.
4. Cut the red fish into medium-sized pieces. If you are using the bellies, cut them off the peel, if the ridges, separate them from the bones, and the fillets just cut them.
Season the food with a pinch of salt.
5. In a small bowl, combine French mustard, soy sauce and vegetable oil.
