- Lettuce leaves - 4 leaves
- Salt - pinch or to taste
- Spinach - 2 bunches with spine
- Olive oil - for dressing
- Parsley - small bunch
- Ramson - 8 leaves
- Green onions - small bunch
- Cilantro - small bunch
Step by step preparation of vitamin green salad, recipe with photo:
1. Wash lettuce leaves under running water and dry with a paper towel. Use a sharp knife to cut the leaves or tear them figuratively with your hands.
2. Wash the ramsons, dry them with a cotton napkin and cut.
3. Wash cilantro and parsley, dry and chop finely.
4. Finely chop the washed and dried green onions.
5. Cut the roots from the spinach stalks. Wash, dry and cut the leaves into 2-3 pieces, depending on the size of the plant.
6. Put all the greens in a bowl, salt and pour over with olive oil.
