Of course, since red fish is not a cheap product, salads are considered festive with it, because for a regular dinner, not everyone can cook such a dish.
It turns out such a salad is quite tasty, satisfying and at the same time light. Everyone will like it! The food is prepared quickly, and the whole process will take you no more than 10 minutes. Any type of red fish can be used from the salmon family. These include: salmon, salmon, pink salmon, trout … It should be noted that red fish is incredibly useful for human health. - Lightly salted red fish - 150 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 4 pcs.
- Lettuce leaves - 4-6 leaves
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - pinch or to taste
Cooking salad with red fish
1. Wash the lettuce leaves, blot with a paper napkin so that it absorbs all the moisture, tear it with your hands and put it on a serving plate in which you plan to serve the food to the table.
I recommend that lettuce leaves be washed and dried just before a meal, because over time, they will wither, lose their splendor, volume and beauty.
2. Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into 4 pieces. Place them on top of the lettuce leaves. Tomatoes can be used not only cherry, but the classic variety "Cream", only a small size.
3. Hard boil the eggs, cool, peel and cut into 4-6 pieces. It is better to cook them in advance so that they have time to cool completely. They are boiled until steep for no more than 10 minutes. Longer boiling will give the yolk a bluish color.
4. Cut the red fish into medium-sized pieces and place on a serving plate in the last layer. If there are bones, then remove them first. You can buy fish or salt it yourself.
5. Stir the soy sauce with vegetable oil and pour over the salad. But first try the dressing, if necessary, then dissolve the salt in it. If you wish, you can sprinkle the food with sesame seeds.
