Ingredients:
- Tomatoes - 1 pc. (Red)
- Fillet of lightly salted red fish - 100 g (abdomens are used in the recipe)

- Cucumbers - 1 pc.
- Grain mustard - 1 tsp
- Lemon - 1 circle (for dressing)
- Refined vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon

Step by step cooking salad with tomatoes, cucumbers and red fish, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the tomatoes, dry with a paper towel and cut into any shape. For the recipe, I recommend using tomatoes that are dense and elastic, so that when slicing they do not give a lot of juice. Otherwise, the salad will be very watery. It is not necessary to use tomatoes of different colors for the dish. It's just that the salad looks brighter.
2. Wash cucumbers, dry with a towel, cut off the ends on both sides and cut into thin quarters or half rings.
Peel the garlic, wash and chop finely.
3. If you use the bellies of red fish for salad, then cut off the skin, wash the fillets, dry and cut into slices.
Remove the pulp from the ridges of the fish and cut into arbitrary pieces.
