I think that if you list all the advantages, then it will take a lot of time. Therefore, I will not do this, but simply present a delicious recipe for salad from beets, walnuts and pears. This lean salad is sure to please everyone, it will be a great light dinner or snack in the middle of the working day.
Since I'm talking about salads with walnuts, I want to mention this amazing product. It is strongly recommended by doctors to include it in the diet, because it contains all the vitamin complex and trace elements that are necessary for the human body. Nuts contain polyunsaturated fatty acids and a deficient substance - iodine. The lack of these components is fraught with many negative consequences. By the way, there is also quite a lot of iodine in the beet root crop.
For this reason, this salad is especially useful for those who are deficient in these micronutrients. In addition, this salad is an original dish, which, if consumed regularly, will help maintain the ideal skin color, not gain excess weight, maintain beauty and youth, and replenish the body with vitamins.

Ingredients:
- Beets - 1 pc.
- Pear - 1 pc.
- Walnuts - 100 g
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Refined vegetable oil - for refueling
- Salt - a pinch
How to make a salad of beets, pears and nuts:
1. Wash the beets, scrape with a brush, put them in a saucepan, fill with drinking water and boil in salted water. You will need about 1.5 hours for this cycle. The exact cooking time depends on the size and age of the root vegetable. Remove the finished vegetable from hot water and leave to cool completely. It will cool down for at least 2-3 hours. Therefore, the best way would be to boil beets in the evening, so that they have time to cool down overnight. Then peel and cut it. The cutting method can be different: strips or cubes. You can also grate it on a coarse grater.
2. Wash the pear and dry it with a paper towel. With a special knife, remove the core with the seed box. Cut the pulp into strips or cubes and add to the beets. Cut food to the same size. Choose a hard pear.
3. Pierce the walnuts in a clean, dry skillet. Use a knife to detail in medium pieces and send to the products.
4. Season salad with soy sauce and refined vegetable oil. Taste, add a pinch of salt as needed. Be careful with salt, as maybe enough from soy sauce.
5. Mix the ingredients well and serve the salad to the table. If you wish, you can chill it a little in the refrigerator.
6. Serve the salad on its own or with a piece of meat or fish steak.
