Fresh vegetable salads are always refreshing, and in combination with chicken meat they satisfy hunger and do not overload the stomach. Chicken goes well with many products: different types of meat, fruits, vegetables, etc. Therefore, the number of recipes with her participation is simply enormous. To achieve the best taste of the dish, you can use boiled or baked chicken. In this case, it is advisable to use it chilled, not frozen.
This salad has great nutritional value and high vitamin content. Chicken fillet is a dietary meat and very healthy. However, in this salad, in general, all the products are extremely healthy - these are fresh crispy cucumbers, and aromatic tomatoes, and fresh odorous cabbage! Note that there is no mayonnaise - only olive oil is used for dressing. Thanks to this set of products, the taste qualities of the salad are perfectly balanced. It can be served with rice dishes, spaghetti, or with a fresh French roll.

Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet - 1 pc.
- Tomatoes - 1 pc.
- Cucumbers - 1 pc.
- White cabbage - 150 g
- Sesame seeds - 1 t. L.
- Olive oil - for dressing
- Salt - 0.5 tsp or to taste
Cooking vegetable and chicken salad
1. Rinse the chicken fillet and cut off the film. Dip into a saucepan, fill with drinking water and put on the stove over high heat. When the water boils, remove the foam formed with a slotted spoon, reduce the temperature to the minimum and continue to cook the meat for about half an hour until tender. Don't forget to season it with salt.
2. Remove the cooked meat from the pan and cool completely. Do not pour out the broth, but use it for soup or simply drink it with bread or crackers.
3. By this time, finely chop the cabbage and place in a salad bowl. If it is winter, sprinkle with a little salt and press down with your hands so that it lets out the juice. You do not need to do this with young fruits, because they are juicy anyway.
4. Wash tomatoes and cucumbers and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut them into strips and add to a salad bowl.
5. Cut the cooled chicken meat into strips and add to all products.
6. Season the ingredients with olive oil, season with salt and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
7. Stir food and serve salad to the table. If you do not serve it right away, add the tomatoes just before the treat, because they will release the juice and the dish will become watery, which will ruin its taste.
