Cooking pumpkin with garlic and honey
1. Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut into slices. The size of the pieces can be varied. The main thing is that they are not too thin, otherwise the pumpkin will turn into chips. Although this dish will be delicious, now we are preparing a completely different delicacy. The optimum thickness of the pieces is 5-8 mm.
2. Line a baking sheet with baking parchment. Lubricate the paper with oil as a safety net. For a more dietary meal, use vegetable oil, for a hearty one, use butter. Place the pumpkin slices on a baking sheet.
3. Place finely chopped garlic in a deep bowl. If desired, it can be passed through the press. Pour ground cinnamon there.
