Among many housewives, among the household supplies, there is almost always a jar, other sardines or other canned fish in the refrigerator or on the pantry shelf. After all, sardines in oil in a sealed jar can be stored for up to 6 years! When such a jar is at hand, you can quickly prepare a snack for unexpected guests from it. Although fish pate is suitable not only for the festive table, but also for the everyday menu. We came home after work, and there was nothing to eat for dinner: in just a few minutes we boiled spaghetti, twisted the sardines and the meal was ready. Fast, simple, affordable are the main advantages of the dish.
The use of such a pate in cooking is very wide. It is served on a piece of bread and a loaf with a hot cup of tea. Thin pancakes are spread with pate, which are cut into a roll, then an interesting portioned appetizer is obtained. The spread perfectly replaces sausage and cheese that are boring for sandwiches. The dish is suitable for filling when baking pies. The pate also harmonizes with the served boiled potatoes, even in uniforms. In general, the choice is great, the main thing is that the food is quickly prepared without preservatives and harmful fillers, which makes it much healthier than store food.
