Such cupcakes, cooked in a mug in the microwave in a minimal amount of time, are gaining more and more fans. After all, they can be cooked at one time and always eat the treat fresh. Another indisputable plus, since the yummy is prepared for one time, the risk of taking an additive disappears. It turns out the cake is quite tasty, and will go well with various healthy additives. It would be appropriate to add flax seeds, oatmeal, nuts, raisins and even pumpkin to the dough.

- Kefir - 100 ml
- Oat flakes - 100 g
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Dried ground orange zest - 0.5 tsp
- Salt - a pinch
- Eggs - 1 pc.
Step by step cooking diet oatmeal muffins in the microwave, recipe with photo:
1. Pour eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and beat a little with a mixer until an airy foam forms.
2. Pour vegetable oil over the eggs and beat again with a mixer.
3. Next, pour in kefir, which you can replace with sour milk or yogurt.
4. Beat the liquid ingredients with a mixer until smooth.
5. Add orange zest with honey to food and stir. If the honey is very thick, first melt it in a water bath to a liquid consistency, but do not bring it to a boil.
6. Sprinkle oatmeal on top of the food.
7. Stir the mixture and leave it to stand for 10 minutes to swell a little.
8. Pour the dough into baking tins. It can be a regular mug, bowl or, as in this variant, portioned silicone muffin molds.
9. Send the diet oatmeal muffins to the microwave to bake. With an appliance power of 850 kW, cook the products for 5 minutes. If the power is different, adjust the cooking time. Serve the finished products warm or chilled.
