Ingredients:
- Chocolate cookies - 300 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Sour cream - 400 g
- Sugar - 120 g
- Gelatin - 15 g
- Vanilla sugar - 10 g
- Cherries, frozen pitted - 400 g
- Cherry jelly - 1 pack
- Water - 400 ml
Step-by-step preparation of a curd cake without baking with cherry jelly
1. Before making a curd cake without baking, prepare the gelatin base. To do this, pour gelatin with 100 ml of warm water and leave for some time to swell.
