When choosing clothes, you should be guided by two parameters - your own convenience and the comfort for others. The best choices are a regular T-shirt and trousers, as well as good running shoes. Special attention should be paid to shoes. It should have a stiff sole, a slight heel lift, and sufficient height to give stability to the ankle. When doing many exercises, this will not be superfluous.

You should walk into the hall with a small towel. You will need it to wipe the bench after completing the exercises, and even better to spread it before starting the approach. You yourself probably do not want to study on the top left over from other visitors.

Don't pester visitors with conversations. Most of them go to the gym for a workout, not for heart-to-heart talk. Postpone the conversation until the activity is over.

  4. Be tactful. You can't laugh at people who can't match you in working weights. There will always be those visitors who surpass your achievement.
  5. Help. When someone asked you for help, do not refuse. In the event that you see that you cannot provide assistance due to a large weight or for another reason, then you need to warn about this.
  6. Scream. Try not to scream during the exercise. Of course, sometimes it is necessary, but not always.
  7. Perfumery. Do not use perfume before gym class. With serious training, the smell of sweat cannot be avoided, and in combination with perfume, you may not get the most pleasant smell. Just take a shower before starting your workout.
