Ingredients:
- Peking cabbage - 3 leaves
- Salt - a pinch
- Celery root - 30 g
- Beets - 200 g
- Vegetable oil - for dressing
Step-by-step preparation of salad with Chinese cabbage, beets and celery, recipe with photo:
1. Remove the required amount of leaves from the head of cabbage, wash them under cold water and dry with a paper towel. Then chop into thin strips. Do not wash the entire head of cabbage unless you intend to use it right away. Otherwise, the leaves will wither and will not crunch.
2. Pre-boil or bake beets in peel until tender and cool completely. This can be done in advance, for example, in the evening. Then peel the root vegetable and cut into thin strips.
3. Peel the celery, remove the black eyes and cut into thin strips.
4. Place all food in a deep salad bowl, season with a pinch of salt to taste, and top with unscented vegetable oil.
5. Toss salad with Chinese cabbage, beetroot and celery. Chill it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes and serve with any side dish.
