Moreover, they are represented by dozens of recipes. Today I will tell you the recipe for one of them - a salad with pumpkin, Chinese cabbage and celery.
Pumpkin is used in salads, both raw and boiled or baked. The first option is used when its “neighbors” are other raw vegetables: carrots, apples, cabbage … If the salad contains meat or fish products, then the pumpkin will have to be preliminarily cooked. Since this recipe uses raw vegetables, the pumpkin is also raw. If desired, supplement the salad with meat products, boil or bake the pumpkin. You can supplement it with different components, because pumpkin goes well with cheese, eggs, nuts, green peas, radish, tomatoes, cucumbers. It also harmonizes with bananas, lemons, quince, grapes, etc. For dressing such salads mayonnaise or sour cream are rarely used. Vegetable sunflower and olive oil are considered "correct" dressing. - Celery - 30 g
- Chinese cabbage - 3 leaves

Step by step preparation of vegetarian salad with pumpkin, Chinese cabbage and celery, recipe with photo:
1. From Chinese cabbage, remove the required number of leaves, wash, dry with a paper towel and chop into thin strips.
2. Peel the celery, wash and cut into small cubes.
3. Peel the pumpkin, remove the fibers inside and peel the seeds. Wash it, dry with a towel and cut into thin strips or grate on a coarse grater.
4. Place all food in a deep salad bowl, season with salt and olive oil.
5. Toss the pumpkin, Chinese cabbage and celery, and serve the veggie salad to the table. You can chill it for a short time in the refrigerator before serving.
