If you have duck in the refrigerator and you want to distribute it rationally, then take note of this salad recipe. Delicacy duck breasts are especially good for all kinds of salads: they cook quickly and go great with vegetables, fruits and berries. It is enough to fry the breast in a pan or bake in the oven and cut into thin slices. Add a few more ingredients and the delicious salad is ready. And today's recipe is another confirmation that duck fillet, seemingly dry enough at first glance, has found its application in a variety of salads.
As for the salad dressing, the duck loves not only classic mayonnaise, but also the combination of balsamic vinegar with sunflower oil. For example, soy sauce with lemon juice, maple syrup, and orange juice work well. However, the range of products for gas stations is very large and you can constantly experiment. Well, it is worth noting that duck meat is a very satisfying product, so the salad turns out to be very nutritious and, at the same time, healthy, regardless of what ingredients are added.

Ingredients:
- Duck fillet - 2 pcs.

- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.
- Processed cheese - 100 g
- Mayonnaise - for dressing
- Salt - pinch or to taste
Step by step preparation of duck salad:
1. If you have a whole duck, then cut it into pieces beforehand. From the ribs, you will get a delicious soup, stew the legs and wings, and use the fillets for the salad. So, remove the skin from the fillet, because it contains a lot of cholesterol, rinse under running water and pat dry with a paper towel. Put them on a baking sheet and send them to bake in a heated oven chamber up to 180 degrees for half an hour. When baking, you can pour the meat with soy sauce, season with all kinds of sauces and spices. This will only make it tastier.
2. When the meat is baked, it will pierce easily with a knife. Then remove it from the oven and refrigerate. Then cut into cubes and place in a salad bowl.
3. Slice the processed cheese and send it to the breasts. If it is badly cut, then pre-soak it in the freezer for 15 minutes. It will become harder and easier to cut.
4. Pre-boil the carrots and refrigerate. Then peel and cut.
5. With the eggs, do the same, hard boil for about 8 minutes. Chill in ice water, peel and slice. To prepare a salad, many products (duck fillets, carrots and eggs) undergo preliminary heat treatment, after which they should be well cooled. Therefore, I advise you to prepare them in advance, for example, in the evening. And you can prepare a salad the next day, for a family dinner.
6. Remove the pickles from the brine and wipe well with a paper towel. Otherwise, the salad will be too watery. Then cut them and send them to the salad bowl with all the products.
7. Season all ingredients with mayonnaise and season with salt.
8. Stir well and soak the salad for about half an hour before serving in the refrigerator.
