- Peking cabbage - 10 leaves
- Salt - 0.5 tsp or to taste
- Vegetable oil - for dressing
- Lemon - 1 pc.

Step-by-step preparation of Peking cabbage salad and duck fillet, recipe with photo:
1. From Chinese cabbage, remove the required amount of leaves and wash them under running water. Do not remove or wash the leaves from the head of cabbage more than required by the recipe, otherwise they will become chapped, wither, and will not crunch. Chop the prepared leaves into thin strips.
2. Pre-bake duck breasts in the oven on their own or in sauce, or boil in a saucepan on the stove. Then cool the meat completely.
