A lot of all kinds of products go well with salmon: vegetables, pasta, rice, herbs, eggs, lettuce, cheese, herbs, etc. Lemon juice, olive oil, mayonnaise, yogurt, soy sauce, etc. are used as a dressing. For this reason, the variations in salad recipes are huge too! Today we'll talk about a light salad that will make a wonderful lunch, light dietary dinner or hearty breakfast.
Salmon is understood as fish of the salmon family, such as salmon, chum salmon, trout, whitefish, pink salmon, taimen, roll and others. All relatives of salmon contain Omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential for the body, raise mood, and reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Despite the fact that salmon is a low-calorie fish, it is very satisfying. And despite the fact that salmon is a fatty fish, there is less fat in it than in meat, and the fat itself is completely different. Nutritionists generally believe that a person should consume a serving of salmon every week.

Step by step preparation of smoked salmon salad:
1. Wash the dill, pat dry with a paper towel and chop finely.
2. Wash the cucumbers, wipe with a paper towel, cut off the ends and cut into medium-sized cubes with sides of 5-7 mm.
3. Dip the eggs into a saucepan, cover with cold water and place on the stove. Boil, reduce the temperature to the lowest setting and cook for 8 minutes until a steep consistency. Do not overcook it any longer, otherwise the yolk will turn blue. Then dip the eggs in cold water to cool, peel and cut into cubes.
4. You can buy any smoked salmon: whole carcass, bellies, ridges, etc. Remove the skin from the fish, remove the bones and, if present, separate the ridge. Cut the meat into medium pieces or just tear it with your hands.
5. Put all the food in a saucepan and pour mayonnaise.
6. Stir the food until smooth and taste the salad. Season with salt if necessary. But salt may not be needed, because it will be enough from smoked fish. Refrigerate the salad for 15 minutes before serving.
