Making a turkey roll with mushrooms
1. Wash the champignons under running water, pat dry with a waffle towel and chop into strips. I do not recommend chopping the mushrooms very finely, so that they do not fall out of the finished roll. Put the pan on the stove, add oil, heat and pour the mushrooms.
2. Set the heat to medium and cook the mushrooms until all the liquid has evaporated. Then add the peeled and chopped onion with garlic.
3. Season the mushrooms and onions with salt and pepper and continue to cook until half cooked.
4. Slice the bacon into thin slices and place on parchment paper as shown in the photo.
5. Wash the turkey fillet, dry it, cut into thin layers about 1 cm thick, beat a little with a kitchen hammer and put on the bacon slices.
6. Grease the meat with mustard and season with all the herbs and spices.
7. Place the fried mushrooms in the middle of the meat layer.
8. Using parchment, lift the edges of the turkey to the middle and cover the filling so that it is inside, ie. form a roll.
9. Tie the roll (across and along) with threads for fixing. Any thread can be used, both specially culinary and sewing.
10. Place the roll in a baking sleeve or wrap in cling foil.
11. Send the meat to an oven heated to 200 ° C for half an hour.
12. After this time, remove the snack from the sleeve, remove all threads, cut into portions and serve the roll on the table.
