  • Pickled mushrooms (any) - 750 g
  • White onions - 1 pc. medium size
  • Refined vegetable oil - for refueling
  • Onion blue onions - 1 pc. medium size
  • Green onions - 3-4 feathers

1. Peel off white and blue onions, wash and dry with a paper towel. Then chop into thin quarter rings.

2. Wash green onions, dry and finely chop.

3. Put the pickled mushrooms in a sieve and rinse under running water. Leave them for 1 minute to drain all the liquid and place the mushrooms on a plank. Then cut them into strips or cups, and leave small individuals intact.

4. Put all the chopped onions (onions and greens) into a deep container.
