1. Wash the banana, peel it, cut it into medium pieces and put it in a bowl in which you will prepare the dessert.
2. Use a blender to chop the banana until smooth.
3. Add cottage cheese, sugar and a pinch of salt to the banana mass.
4. Blend the food again with a blender until smooth.
5. Add eggs to the curd mass and mix the products well again.
6. Pour the curd dough into the dish in which you will prepare the dessert and place it in a colander.
7. Place the colander with the future treat on a saucepan in boiling water. In this case, the boiling water should not come into contact with the sieve. Close the lid and cook the banana curd pudding for 10 minutes. Then turn off the heat, but do not open the lid. Leave the dessert there until it is completely cooled.
