The only exception is people who suffer from an excess of calcium in the body. But these are extremely rare. You can cook many different dishes from cottage cheese, both fatty and dietary, high-calorie and low-fat. Today I propose a recipe for steamed curd pudding.
Steamed curd pudding is the perfect healthy breakfast for several reasons. First, the dish is great for children. It can be given even to a one-year-old child. It is delicious and will not bring any harm to the baby. The food contains no fried crust and fat. Secondly, the dish is useful for losing weight. Since lubricating the mold with vegetable oil is extra calories, which are completely inappropriate for those who follow the figure. But for curd pudding, you don't need butter at all. Eating in a double boiler helps burn fat efficiently. Thirdly, the dish is useful for patients with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. People who have gastritis, ulcers, inflammation of the duodenum and other ailments need non-coarse, easily digestible food.

- Raisins - 1 tablespoon
- Honey - 1 tsp
- Butter - 10 g
- Eggs - 1 pc.
Steaming Curd Pudding:
1. Place the curd in a deep container and use a fork to break up large lumps.
2. Add a little butter and a spoonful of honey to the curd. If the honey is too thick, then heat it a little in a water bath so that it acquires a thinner consistency. If the cottage cheese is fat, then you do not need to add oil.
3. Break the testicle and separate the whites from the yolks. Add the yolk to the curd, and place the protein in a clean and dry container.
4. Use a blender to stir the food until the curd mass becomes uniform and smooth. If there is no blender, then grind the cottage cheese through a fine sieve before cooking. However, if you like the taste of whole curd lumps in your pudding, just stir the food with a spoon, wash the raisins and pat dry with a paper towel. If it is hard, fill it with hot water and let it sit for 10 minutes to absorb moisture and acquire a soft consistency. Then add it to the curd mass and mix the products.
5. Beat the egg whites with a small pinch of salt with a mixer until firm and firm, white foam.
6. Add the whipped egg whites to the curd dough.
7. Gently mix the whites into the mixture. Do this in slow strokes in one direction. It is necessary that the proteins retain air and airiness.
8. Take a glass or any other convenient form and line it with baking parchment, which has been previously soaked in water. It will work well to line the paper in the shape of the container. Then put the curd mass into a mold and flatten. Place the bowl in a colander, which put in a saucepan with water. When doing this, make sure that the water does not come into contact with the sieve. Place such a structure on the stove and boil. Cover the future pudding and steam it for about 10 minutes. If you have a double boiler, cook in it.
9. Check the readiness of the pudding with a toothpick. Pierce the mass with it, the stick should remain dry. Serve the finished pudding hot or chilled. If you wish, you can pour it over with chocolate icing, caramel, sour cream or your favorite sauce.
