However, even such the most useful delicacy does not come out cheap at all if you buy it in the store. But prunes contain a whole storehouse of essential nutrients. So, prunes restore the digestive tract and normalize metabolism. It is useful for anemia because contains a lot of iron. Favorite chocolate with its useful properties is also not inferior to prunes. - Prunes - 200 g
- Dark chocolate - 100 g
Cooking prunes in chocolate
1. Soak prunes in drinking water at room temperature and leave for 2-3 minutes, or simply rinse them under running water. If there are seeds in the berries, then remove them first.
2. Place the washed dried fruit on a paper towel and blot well to remove all moisture.
3. Break the chocolate into slices and place in a bowl.
4. In the microwave or steam bath, melt the chocolate until it melts and softens. Never bring it to a boil, otherwise it will turn bitter.
5. Dip several prunes into the melted chocolate.
6. Swirl the chocolate-covered berries several times until they are completely covered with chocolate. It is most convenient to do this with a wooden skewer or a toothpick.
7. Spread out parchment paper and place the chocolate-coated berries on top of it. Send them to cool in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes, and if you need them to cook faster, then soak them in the freezer for 10 minutes.
8. When the chocolate has set, put the candies in a bowl and serve them to the table. By the way, you can wrap each candy in a beautiful wrapper or a piece of food foil, then they will really look festive.
