Prunes and nuts are an unmatched combination that has long been used in cooking to prepare delicious desserts. Prunes have a sweet rich taste with a slight sourness, which perfectly sets off the flavor of dark chocolate, creating a wonderful tandem. In addition, one cannot fail to note the benefits of this delicacy. These products contain all the vitamins, minerals and amino acids necessary for a growing child's body.
To prepare such a delicacy in independent conditions, you will need to select high-quality ingredients: soft prunes without pits and bitterness, walnuts and good bitter dark chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 60%.

Ingredients:
- Prunes - 300 g
- Peeled walnuts - 150 g
- Dark chocolate - 100 g
Cooking sweets in chocolate
1. Wash prunes under running water and dry well with a paper towel. Then chop finely with a sharp knife. You can, of course, twist them in a meat grinder, but it is tastier to feel the integrity of dried fruits and nuts in sweets.
2. Peel the walnuts. If desired, the kernels can be calcined in a clean and dry frying pan. Chop them finely afterwards.
3. Combine walnuts and prunes in one bowl.
4. Stir the food well to distribute it evenly.
5. Form small balls about the size of a walnut. It is most convenient to do it with your hands. The mass is molded very well. The sweets are strong and dense.
6. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in a water bath or microwave. Do not bring it to a boil or it will taste bitter. Dip the balls of candy into the melted chocolate one by one and cover the candy on all sides with it.
7. Place the balls on parchment paper or cling foil.
If there is no chocolate, then you can prepare the icing yourself. To do this, melt the butter and stir it with the cocoa powder.
8. When all the candies are covered with chocolate, send them to the refrigerator for half an hour to freeze the chocolate. If time is limited, then soak them in the freezer for 10 minutes.
