Apple is one of the most common and healthy fruits. If you eat one apple every day, you can prolong youth and beauty! And for those who believe in such a miracle, a huge plus will be the fact that you can eat the fruit not only raw. They are baked, stewed, fried and, of course, stuffed. I will tell you how to do the latter in this article.
Stuffed apples, with almost any filling, will be a healthy and low-calorie dessert. Basically, they are baked in the oven, so they can be eaten by absolutely everyone, and even those who, for whatever reason, are not recommended to eat raw apples, for example, for peptic ulcer or gastritis. Depending on what kind of filling the apples are stuffed with, they can become both the main second course and a dessert. Today I will tell you exactly about the dessert, which can be prepared quickly enough at home. It will be stuffed with prunes, and pour over with chocolate icing. It is not only tasty, but also healthy. The dessert turns out to be an exquisite and original masterpiece. Although you can expand this set of products and add any nuts, dried fruits, cottage cheese, etc.

Ingredients:
- Apples - 1 pc.
- Coconut flakes - 1 tsp
- Chocolate - 15 g
- Prunes - 5 berries
Cooking stuffed apples with prunes with chocolate icing:
1. Wash the apple and pat dry well with a paper towel. Using a special tool or an ordinary knife, carefully cut the core from the side where the tail is located. Do this very carefully so as not to damage the walls, especially the bottom. Wash the prunes and pat dry with a paper towel. If there are seeds in the berries, then remove them first. If the prunes are too dry, soak them in boiling water and leave for 10 minutes. But for piquancy, you can soak it in rum, pussy, liqueur. But such a dessert should not be prepared for children. After the prunes, cut into slices about 5-7 mm in size, add the coconut flakes and stir.
2. Stuff the apples with prunes. Do not be afraid to lay it out in a slide. When baked, the berries will decrease in size.
3. Put the apple in the microwave for 4-5 minutes, but the exact cooking time may vary significantly, because the device is different for everyone.
4. During this time, the apple should be baked, but not completely. Its structure should remain a little dense.
5. Then put a piece of dark chocolate on top of the filling. Although you can take any other kind, for example, white or chocolate.
6. Return the apple to the microwave and cook for about 1-2 minutes to melt the chocolate. But make sure that the chocolate does not boil, otherwise it will acquire a bitter taste and spoil the taste of the dessert. If you do not have a microwave, you can cook dessert in the oven at 180 degrees for no more than 15 minutes.
