Nothing betrays a woman's age like her hands. She washes and washes dishes, and takes care of the garden for her beloved family. Therefore, such a procedure as hand wrapping is vital for her. We will talk about this in this article.

What does the skin of the hands tell us?

No one disputes that cosmetics works wonders: it can hide fine wrinkles, accentuate the eyes and lips. But the hands remain natural, therefore, only in our power to monitor them as carefully as the skin on the face. Compared to the rest of the body, these are much more susceptible to the negative effects of the environment. These are wind, frost, water, washing powders, dishwashing detergents, earth, etc. And what about those women whose work constantly exposes their hands to external stimuli (factory workers, dishwashers, cooks, gardeners, cleaners, etc.). These limbs of a woman say a lot about her: about her lifestyle, health, habits, age. But whatever the shortage of time, try to carve out at least half an hour a day for yourself.

  1. First, prepare a hand mask. To do this, take a fat cream (2 tsp), pour corn oil (1 tbsp) there and drip a little essential oil (optional). Heat the resulting mixture slightly in a water bath, stirring it slightly. You should get a homogeneous mass.
  2. Wash your hands with soap and water and immerse them in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes. This will open the pores, soften the dermis and prepare for the wrapping procedure.
  3. Take them out after 5 minutes, then gently scrub with massage movements. Rinse off the rest of the scrub and dry the brushes slightly with a soft towel.
  4. Apply a thick layer of the previously prepared creamy essential mask. Put on polyethylene gloves and warm your hands with a towel (preheat with an iron or put on a battery), leaving it for a quarter of an hour. Thanks to gloves and warmth, a greenhouse effect is created, which helps the mask's nutrients to be better absorbed into the skin layer and enhance the wrapping effect.
  5. Unfold after 20 minutes, remove gloves and rub the rest of the oil into your hands.
  6. Try to wrap regularly (2 times a week) to achieve a real rejuvenation effect. Your hands will acquire a healthy color, stop flaking, be soft and wrinkle-free.
